Communication Breakdown

Email from printer at 4.30pm:

"Will my email be read by XXX while they're away?

If not, we will dispatch your ordered quantity and discuss the extras next week."

. . .

*looks at the stack of boxes full of postcards ordered from printer in the corner which were delivered at 2.00pm*

DO YOU SEE THE PROBLEM HERE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Well, I don't see the problem here (regarding the time) as your statements are quite unclear. Do enlighten us readers :)

haha... basically the printer said at 4.30pm that if I couldn't give him an answer from my boss soon, he would send the postcards first.

But the thing is, the postcards have already arrived at 2.00pm that same day. So it's like "wth?" they've already sent me the postcards but they didn't know. Hope that clears things up :)
